Our prices include VAT. We ship anywhere in the world via post. If you want any kind of special shipping, we can do that but it will be charged to you. If any duty is payable outside the UK, then you will be responsible for that.

Our aim is to keep our overheads to an absolute minimum so that we can offer you the best prices. This means that we cannot deal with queries over the phone. We aim to deal with all queries by e-mail within 24 hours Monday to Friday. In most cases we do so faster than that.
